According to U.S. media reports, the potential agreement under discussion involves a 60-day ceasefire extension, the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, and subsequent talks concerning Iran's nuclear activities. The U.S. president reiterated a long-standing U.S. position that Iran must not develop a nuclear weapon.
