Military orders have been issued to seize approximately 200 dunams (20 hectares) of land from towns in the Jenin governorate. Tareq Aghbaria, a Jenin settlement affairs official, noted a recent surge in these orders, primarily affecting southern areas.

Details from Wafa indicate that 14 of these orders are designated for the construction and expansion of military roads, spanning over 11.3 kilometers. These roads are intended to serve new settlement outposts recently approved by the Israeli government in the governorate.
