A 23-year-old man has been charged with murder following a fatal house fire in Grangetown, near Middlesbrough, where a woman and her seven-year-old niece died. Natalie McDonald, 34, and her niece Valentina Foster were pronounced dead at the scene in the early hours of August 26th.
