The New York City arena will be the venue for these exclusive gatherings, with the first event scheduled for Thursday evening at 6 p.m. for approximately 100 guests. A second, larger event is planned for Friday afternoon, beginning with a cocktail hour at 4 p.m. and continuing until 4 a.m. Saturday morning, with an estimated 1,000 attendees.

Sources indicated that a stringent no-phone policy will be enforced for all individuals present at both events, encompassing guests, vendors, and security personnel. This measure aims to ensure maximum privacy for the couple and their attendees.

To further enhance security and manage access, permits have been secured to close portions of West 31st Street and West 33rd Street for the duration of the events. These closures will affect both vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the vicinity of the arena.
