A drone crashed onto a crowded beach in southern Russia, resulting in the deaths of seven people, including three children, and injuring 40 others, local authorities announced. Governor Veniamin Kondratyev of the Krasnodar region accused Ukraine of deliberately targeting civilians with the strike. Ukraine has not yet commented on the incident.
